90 mm Twin Screw Extruder has 48 L/D barrel design. The barrel designed twelve pieces and resistant to high temperatures. Each barrel has its own heater.

Extruder - Cooling Bath - Granulator has compact design and provides high capacity production. Screw elements of twin screw extruders consist of various parts such as kneading, mixing and cutting and can be redesigned according to any special request.

CONTROL PANEL

Extruder control panel is designed for easy use. The screw and feeding’s revolutions can be adjusted, head’s pressure and other parameters can be seen by 10' standard touch screen. The values in the formulas can be saved to the device memory. By the way, you can call the formulas stored in the memory by typing their number or name and get the machine ready for use.
